ICSAM 2009 will be held in Seattle, Washington, U.S.A., June 29 through July 2, 2009 at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center. This premier international forum will bring together researchers from academia and industry who are engaged in the study of superplasticity and superplastic forming (SPF) of materials.

Seattle is a world class tourist destination that is famous for its magnificent waterways, scenic beauty, wildlife, forests, mountains, whale watching, local music, food, farmer’s market, Mariners Baseball team, native American culture & art and international style.  On a clear day, the Space Needle, Olympic Mountain Range and Mount Rainier dominate the skyline.   The conference venue is the Bell Harbor International Conference Center, which is located on a pier standing directly over the Puget Sound waters.
