If you are taking the conference shuttle at Airport, please note that the Coach/Bus  will wait and leave  "Level 0/Arrivals" in front of Hall B/Hall C in the same Area than "TISSEO and Navette Airport busses". The Bus/Coach will have a special Board/Panel indicating ICSAM 2012. Note that the Coaches are free of charge.
First departure takes place at 14h00 and a second departure at 18h00.
Arriving in Albi the coaches/buses will stop at the same bus stops that the daily shuttle i.e. : Stalingrad, Jean Jaures, Vigan, Pont Neuf and Ecole des Mines.

Accommodation

The city of Albi  is proud to have the honor of hosting ICSAM 2012.
Since Albi was classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site, there is an important increase in tourismus, especially during summer period. That's why we encourage you to book your hotels as soon as possible.
Rooms have been secured in several hotels at special prices (depending on the hotels, rooms are secured either until end of april either and of may). Please refer to  ICSAM2012 during reservation.


Special note : For booking at IBIS Hotel or ETAP Hotel, please contact directly the hotel either by e_mail either per phone, and ask for reservation in the frame of ICSAM2012 conference and indicating mandatory the booking number that is enclosed in the table

A number of Low cost lodging opportunities in the student houses on Ecole des Mines campus are proposed for PhD students, Post Docs and Young researchers (year of birth requested). Only 100€ from monday to saturday including 5 nights and 4 breackfests. Reservation of these studio appartments are proposed during online reservation and will be attributed in the order of online registration.

Venue – Travel

ICSAM 2012 will be held in the town of Albi (http://www.albi-tourisme.fr/us/), that is located in the south of France close to Toulouse (70km). (International airport)
Low cost flights are also available to Carcassonne with Ryanair especially for UK participants (100km from Albi).

The technical sessions will take place on the Campus of Ecole des Mines (http://www.enstimac.fr/plan_d_acces/plan_d_acces_ecole) that is approximately 2 km from Albi Town Center. Special busses will be available from hotel to Campus travel.
