Registration fees

The registration fees for ICSAM 2012 covers the conference proceedings, access to all sessions, coffees, lunches, Conference dinner, Cathedral and Toulouse Lautrec Museum Visit.

Accompanying persons can not attend scientific session.
Accompanying persons are invited to the welcome reception and to the City Hall reception, to cathedral and museum visit but they have to pay extra fees to attend the gala dinner (80€) and  the visits proposed the 6th of July (20€ or 40€).
Please register your accompanying person directly through your participant home page on the congress web site.

Payment and conditions for cancellation

Payment by check or bank transfer are not allowed after the 8 June 2012.

Conditions for cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing to icsam2012@inp-toulouse.fr
For any cancellation received before the 8th June 2012, registration fees should be reimbursed except for 50 € for handling fees.
No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after the 8th June 2012.
All types of registration are subject to the same conditions for cancellation.
