Special note for poster papers :
The number of Abstracts submitted to recent conferences has made the use of poster presentations unavoidable. To be successful, the poster session is timetabled with no overlapping with other sessions. To help people to identify which posters they would like to see in more detail, at the beginning of poster session, each poster author will have a very limited oral slot (e.g. with strictly only 2 overhead slides and 2 minutes). This may also help colleagues from countries where it is very difficult to get funding for conference attendance unless an oral presentation is being given.
